One of the most frequently visited attractions on Samui, the 2800 sq. meter. Butterfly Garden is home to dozens of species of Southern Thailand’s famous brilliantly colored lepidopterist. Set in the hillside and with a spectacular view of the sea, the Butterfly Garden is located on the south-east part of the Island (Laem Set beach).

 

Thailand’s only privately owned aquarium. You do not have to get wet to enjoy Samui’s stunning underwater world. Samui Aquarium has been fascinating visitors with it’s marvelous collection of tropical marine life such as sharks, tropical fish and innumerable colorful species of awuatic creatures which are displayed in vast tanks that line either side of long cave-like tunnels. Each take also houses multi-colored corals, rocks and sea forest, adding to the realism of the exhibition. Also check out the Bengal Tiger and Leopard too. They do swim (sometimes) but you’ll enjoy them tremendously.
